Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy without a signed contract

CapeCodRentals.com must be notified of any cancellations with in 14 days of booking date. If CapeCodRentals.com is not notified of cancellation there is a $40 charge that will apply to your credit card on file.

Cancellation Policy

You must notify CapeCodRentals.com in writing, or by phone of a reservation cancellation. If the reservation agent has received cancellation and unit is re-rented for entire canceled reservation period at no loss to Owner, Tenants payments will be refunded less a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the rental rate. If unit is not re-rented for entire canceled reservation period, all Tenant payments are forfeited. We strongly urge you to purchase travel insurance to protect your trip before and during your stay on Cape Cod.

Trip Cancellation Insurance

We offer Trip Cancellation Insurance through CSA Insurance. Please view the CSA Travel Insurance Brochure for an outline of coverage.
